ORDERING

How do I know if I am ordering the correct part?

Every product description has a table with measurements. These match up with a product image illustrating where the measurements are taken from. If you're not confident that you've identified the correct part get in touch and we can help.

How do I know if you have a particular product in stock?

Every product presented in the store is in stock to the best of our knowledge. We pick your items before charging for your order. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill the total order we'll get in touch with you.

If a product is not in stock this is marked 'out of stock' and it is not possible to add items with zero inventory to your cart. You can click the red button to be notified when the product is back in stock. If you want to know when a product is planned to be back in stock, get in touch and we'll let you know.

I have a business account with Real Steel, can I order from the Real Steel Store under this account?

Sorry, no. Real Steel Store online orders are credit card only. To order through your business account contact the Real Steel sales team directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and PayPal. 

We do not accept bank payments. If you wish to pay via a bank payment, contact the Real Steel sales team to place an offline order directly. Note that offline orders do not benefit from online discount codes.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as quickly as possible to request a change of delivery address before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched it is your responsibility to contact NZ Couriers or Mainfreight to get the order diverted to the correct address at your expense.

Can you ship outside of New Zealand?

No, sorry we do not support international orders from the Real Steel Store.

DELIVERY

My order hasn't arrived, who do I contact?

Contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact us and we'll investigate it. We'll request photos of the damage and remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Can I collect my order?

You're very welcome to collect your order from Real Steel in Upper Hutt. Check out our contact details for the location.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We dispatch orders by the following business day. Shipping typically takes 1–2 days but we cannot guarantee a shipping carrier's delivery times. 

Can I request a special delivery truck to my rural address?

If you're outside the Mainfreight delivery network then we will get in touch with you to arrange a pickup point at your nearest town. Alternatively, yes we can arrange a special truck to deliver directly to you at your expense.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders from our online store cannot be processed over the phone. If you wish to order over the phone you'll need to contact the Real Steel sales team to place an offline order directly. 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Not when placing a Real Steel Store online order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses you can create multiple orders on the Real Steel Store, and each order will need to be paid separately. Alternatively, you can contact the Real Steel sales team to place an offline order directly. Note that you cannot use a discount code for offline orders.
