Rural deliveries
If you're outside the Mainfreight delivery network then we will get in touch with you to arrange a pickup point at your nearest town. Alternatively, we can arrange a special truck to deliver directly to you at your expense.
Dispatch times
We dispatch orders by the following business day.
Delivery times
Delivery to main urban centres is typically 1–2 business days. Some towns require an extra day or two.

If you have any special delivery instructions please be sure to let us know in the order notes.
Failed deliveries
If you provide incorrect or insufficient information to successfully deliver your order we will contact you to arrange for redelivery (at your cost). If you wish to cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt we will refund you less the cost of shipping. If a failed delivery happens to be our fault then we'll contact you to discuss a fair outcome.
